How do I reserve a parking spot?

Reserving your pre-paid airport parking is a quick & easy 3 step process.

Search: Enter your check-in and check-out date and time.

Select: Select the parking option that best meets your travel needs.

Reserve: Pay online and guarantee your spot.

How far in advance do I need to make my parking reservation?

We recommend that you make your airport parking reservation at least 2 to 3 days ahead of your date of travel, the sooner the better. Our lots fill up quickly near holidays. We recommend that as soon as you book your airline reservation you also make your airport parking reservation at the same time, that way, you will have your guaranteed parking spot at the day of travel.

Can I make my reservation after parking in the facility?

No, the only way to take advantage of the online rate, is to make your reservation prior to entering the parking facility.

When should I arrive at the parking facility?

We suggest you arrive at the parking facility 20 minutes before you would like to be in the airport terminal (not 20 minutes before your flight leaves). Please bring in your reservation confirmation voucher to speed up the check-in process.

What if I lose my parking voucher?

If you forget your voucher, you can enter your reservation details and download a copy of your voucher

If you forgot your reservation details, you can contact us with your last name, email and check-in date. Once we verify your information we can send out another confirmation to the supplied email.

Are the parking lots open 24 hours per day?

Yes, all of our parking facilities are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

What if I need to change the date or time of my reservation?

Time Adjustments:

We’re flexible with the times to accommodate airline schedules. If you need to arrive early, you can do so up to 2 hours ahead of your scheduled check-in time, any earlier, and you will need to cancel your reservation and re-book. If the change results in an extended stay, see Change to Check out date below.

Change to Check in date:

If you need to change your check in date, you must cancel your reservation and create a new one.

Change to Check out date:

Changes to your check out date don’t require a new reservation unless you would like to prepay for your entire stay through our website. Any additional charges will be added to your bill upon check out (at the same daily rate).

How do I cancel my parking reservation?

Parking.Flytucson.com provides airport parking reservations on behalf of independently owned and operated parking facilities.

Parking.Flytucson.com does not control the parking prices, operations at the parking lots, determine parking availability or charge you for any parking fees or services provided.

Your parking rate is set when your reservation is submitted online. Your reservation rate may not be combined with any additional coupons, special offers or other promotions when you exit the parking lot. Special discounts run by the independent parking facility cannot be used or combined with a purchase on Parking.FlyTucson.com.

Voucher For Your On-Line Payment

IF YOU DO NOT PRESENT YOUR VOUCHER FOR YOUR ON-LINE PAYMENT TO THE PARKING FACILITY AT THE TIME YOU PARK, YOU WILL BE CHARGED, IN FULL, AGAIN BY THE PARKING FACILITY. If your stay extends beyond your reservation dates and times, you will be charged for any additional hours or days that were not paid for when you booked your reservation online. If your stay is LESS than your reservation dates and time, NO REFUND will be issued. As a result, PLEASE CHECK YOUR TRAVEL ITINERARY CAREFULLY

Our Cancellation Policy:

100% refund for all reservations cancelled more than 24 hours prior to check-in time. A charge equivalent to 1 day of parking will be assessed for any reservation cancelled within 24 hours of check-in time. No refunds will be given for unused reservations.

Limitation of Liability

The total liability for Parking.FlyTucson.com and/or any affiliates to you for all claims arising from the use of this Site, materials and parking facilities is limited to $200.00.

Arbitration

a. Any and all disputes, controversies or claims between you and us in any way relating to, or arising from the use of this Site or the Services provided hereunder (including its validity, interpretation, enforceability or breach as well as the enforceability of this Section) shall be subject to arbitration in San Diego County, California administered by the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services Inc. (JAMS) in accordance with JAMS Comprehensive or Streamlined Arbitration Rules (with the choice of rules determined by the arbitrator according to JAMS rules or guidelines). The arbitrator shall apply the laws of the state of California, including principals of equity, but without regard to principals of conflicts of law. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction hereof.

b. Such arbitration shall be filed and maintained as an individual matter, and not as a class-action, collective action or other action involving more than one individual plaintiff, claimant or petitioner, nor in any manner alleging that the one bringing the arbitration matter is serving (or seeking to serve) in any representative capacity.
